What is the best way to get in touch with Mini Mover to book or request services?
If you want to book our services or even just ask something about them, you may give us a call or send us an email. As soon as we receive your message, one of our managers will get back to you with response as soon, as he or she gets a chance.
What happens after I submit my enquiry?
You get an email or phone call from our manager regarding your submission within 2 days, or 48 hours from the moment of submission. If you decide to book Mini Mover’s services, you are going to receive an invoice to confirm your order within another 48 hours.
Our manager calls you back or emails you with reference to your submission within 48 hours. In case you book one of our services, you are to receive an invoice from us to confirm your submission within 48
How can I accelerate my relocation?
Before proceeding with a relocation on the day we arrive, you can do the following to save time:
• Attach name tags to each box, pack your things according to the rooms you are going to put them to after the move;
• If you can, try sorting out your boxes with heavier ones resting at the bottom and lighter ones ending up at the top;
• Make sure to properly clean up your appliances and household items;
• If you don’t have the time or just don’t want to wait for our packers, bubble-wrap fragile items and secure other delicate things with such soft things, like towels, blankets, etc.
Is it possible to re-schedule or completely cancel your services?
Yes. You will have 7 days before the agreed-upon move date to either re-schedule or cancel our assistance. In case you do it after this period, you will be subject to fees.
Are there ways I could report bad service quality?
Mini Mover makes sure the services you receive meet our highest quality standards. Nevertheless, in case you are left unsatisfied with our services, you are welcome to get in touch with us and provide your feedback regarding your concerns. We will make certain that this issue is dealt with as soon as possible.
Can I hire you on short notice or weekend?
Absolutely. We understand that there may be urgent situations and are ready to help. But, you will still need to book our services 48 hours before the set move.
What is the payment process for your services?
At first, you will need to pay 50% upfront, and the other 50% after we fulfill our commitment. At the moment, Mini Mover only accepts bank deposits.
